PHAANS "ek jasoos ki kahani"

Espionage! A dangerous but adventurous profession! A passion to serve your motherland in a way only few people can think of! Really? Or it is a life that lacks identity. We have heard many stories of some heroic acts performed by Spies. We have also seen Hollywood and Bollywood Heroes lass with most modern gadgets and weapons and accomplishing espionage tasks, which really, only they can do. But real spies don't do that. Real spies perform undercover, they perform their duties with minimum appearence and most of the times without any weapons. The irony is that they lose their real identity for always. They can't reveal it even when they are on the brink of losing everything, even when the system, which has snatched their identities, leaves them to die alone.

We have created a 2.5 hour espionage drama on 70 mm screen which shows how a spy can change complete diplomatic and political scenario of two rival countries without any reward of medals and recognition. How a espionage action saved a deadly battle between two arch rival countries like India and Pakistan and saved so many precious lives of soldiers.

The background of this story starts from the tragady of Indo-pak partition, when a Sindhi Family was forced to migrate from his luxrious house in Lahore to dark streets of Old delhi. They had lost eveyhing in post partition riots. The Patriotic head of the family gets cought in espionage war between two countries. But he does not know that his decision to become a spy will one day cost his son also that too on the false charges of spying for the rival country.
